Do I need new software?
Usually not. I start with what you already use: QuickBooks, Slack, Gmail or Outlook, Excel. Any new tool needs a reason, a price, and your OK.
Is it safe to let AI into my business?
Nothing goes out until a person approves it. The work runs in your accounts, under your rules, and you own the code and the data.
I run operations, not the company. Can I start this?
Yes. Owner too busy? Most of my best projects run through a champion, the operations manager or office lead who knows where the work gets stuck. I work with them, and the owner gets the results.
